As you are transitioning into Fall, please check around your home to see if you have any books that need to be returned to our library.

The Library Committee will be taking responsibility for the Little Library in front of the meetinghouse.

Our committee is always open to suggestions from Friends of books they think would be a welcomed addition to the library, so if you’re in a book group and have read a book that would fit in our library, please let our committee know.  You can drop an email to Scott Selby or Jean Washburn; also, you can put a note in the Library Committee mailbox at the meetinghouse.  We have recently added some new books but are always happy to receive recommendations.

Recent additions to the library are:

Unstoppable, in the Children’s section.

Bayard Rustin, A Legacy of Protests and Politics, edited by Michael G. Long.  This book can be found in the Society of Friends section, unless it’s on display.

Blurry, by Dash Shaw, found in the Literature section, unless it’s on display.
