Acknowledgements

1. Full refund of payment for cancellations at least one month ahead. 50% refund for cancellations at least two weeks ahead, but less than one month ahead. No refund for cancellations less than 2 weeks ahead. If a cancellation is forced by weather conditions, registrants may receive a full refund.
1. To see that my group is protective of the buildings, grounds, and wildlife at The Clearing, including being careful with fire and following the information given in “Guidelines for Use” as well as those posted in the buildings and on the grounds. I agree that alcohol, illegal drugs and firearms and other weapons will not be used on The Clearing property.

2. That my reservation is NOT complete until payment and hold harmless agreement are received.
