The Clearing Rental Fees

We appreciate your rental fee contribution, which helps us maintain and enhance this facility. More importantly, we value the meaningful work that individuals and groups like yours do to promote peace, justice, a deeper connection with nature, and spiritual growth. We want to ensure that all groups committed to these values can access and enjoy our site. If the rental fees present a financial challenge, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are more than happy to work with you to make the costs more manageable.

Weekend (Fri. – Sun. PM) Rental Fee

1. Base Rate – $100 facility fee per 24 hour period (includes up to 9 people)

2. Plus $10 per person (groups of 10-60 people)

3. Plus $5.00 per person (over 60 people)

Week Day (Sunday 5 p.m. Friday 10 a.m. Rental Fee

1. Base Rate – $15 facility fee per 24 hours

2. Plus $7.50 per person (groups of 2-60 people)

3. Plus $3 per person (over 60 people)

Short event discount – take off 30% off your total if your rental is 12 hours or shorter.

Children 5 and under are free. Richmond Friends Meeting members and attenders are free.
